Sales Department engages in a variety of activities with the objective to promote Mokasco’s Products and Services.
Procurement Department ensures that goods and services are available for the smooth functioning of the production process.
Design & Engineering Department helps with the design, planning and estimation of Projects as per clients’ requirements.
Production Department is responsible for making sure that the raw materials are sourced on time and made into finished goods effectively.
Finance Department is responsible for providing financial advice and support to the Management to enable them to make sound business decisions apart from day today financial functions of the organization.
Logistics Department ensures the smooth and timely delivery of processed steel to the various Projects sites as per Clients’ schedule.
Commercial Department is responsible for estimation, tendering, pre-tendering, post-tending, documentation etc. and serves a vital role by co-ordinating with other Departments.
Operations Department focuses on the overall operations of the Projects which include planning, supervising and project management. The team measures, evaluates, maintains and improves internal processes to help ensure the efficiency and productivity.
