The Division is actively involved in trading of straight/reinforced steel bars and provides complete reinforced steel solutions such as Cutting & Bending, Shop Drawing & Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) with complete detail of reinforcement to its extensive network of clients. All reinforced steel are sourced from various sources which complies with most stringent international standards. The company also specializes in mechanical coupling systems & solutions, epoxy coating and offers other engineering services on a wide spectrum of rebar works. In a nut shell, we do the following services:
- Supply of reinforced steel of various diameters (8 mm to 40 mm) and sizes (Up to 12 meter length) from various sources complying with international standards (American & British Standards)
- Engineering services including Design, Shop Drawing and Bar Bending Schedule
- Accurate cut and bend reinforcing steel supply conforming to international standards and as per specific requirement of Clients.
- Epoxy Coated reinforcing steel to ensure the corrosion protection, including fabrication
- Mechanical coupling system and solutions for Rebar
- Fabrication and supply of Wire Mesh
We have right experience globally to undertake projects of all sizes. Our specialized qualified and experienced Team of Engineers, Structural Draughtsman/Rebar Detailer and other technically qualified staff are capable to undertake projects from the simplest foundation to largest structure. We have well established systems, software and procedure to deliver high quality detailing on time. Currently we are using CADS RC & Armaor Software for the preparation of Reinforcement Shop Drawing & Bar Bending Schedule.
