An Engineer by profession and Management Graduate, Mr. Hisham Genena is the Founder of Genena Development. He started his Career in 2002 and over the years has handled and mastered the areas of Business Development, Project Management and Technical among other facets of the business in Construction, Steel & Building Materials. Moreover, over the past decade, he has been instrumental in founding, developing and managing many companies and factories in GCC/Europe and achieved remarkable turnover within a short span of time. His earlier positions include Executive Director at Al Watania Group, Qatar and Executive Director/Board Member at Mokasco Group, Qatar.

Mr. Hossam Noureldin Elshafaey (Egyptian)

Executive Director – Procurement & Logistics (Board Member)
Mr. Hossam’s career spans over 13 years of professional experience in various positions including Procurement Head & Director of multi-national companies in the field of Building Materials, Steel, Wood, among others. Over the years, he has gained extensive insight into the procurement complexities and has made relationship with a broad network of suppliers worldwide. Prior to joining Genena Development, Mr. Hossam, a BSc Graduate, held the positions of Procurement & Logistics Director at QRC, Qatar and Supply Chain Manager at Darwish Group, Qatar.

Mr. Hazem Emam Kenawy (Egyptian)

Executive Director – Sales & Marketing (Board Member)
Mr. Hazem has more than 14 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Client Relationship in various business domains of Building Materials, Steel Trading and Construction Products. An avid negotiator and dynamic achiever, he has successfully led a team of Sales and Marketing Professionals in his career and made significant contributions to the bottom line of many companies. A BSc in Business Management, Mr. Hazem previous stints include Sales & Marketing Director at Mokasco Group and Sales Manager at Al Watania Group.

Dr. Moemen Hassan Albialy (Egyptian)

Executive Director – Corporate Strategic Planning (Board Member)
Dr. Moemen has overall strategic and planning responsibility for the entire divisions of the company. He oversees the key functions of Strategic Alliances, Expansions, Corporate Policies, Talent Management and Leadership Development among others. A MBA in International Marketing from School of Management, University of Leicester, UK, Dr. Moemen has over 14 years of experience and has held a number of senior leadership roles including Head of Strategic Planning at DoctorHolz s.r.o, Slovakia and Sales & Marketing Director at MSD, Saudi Arabia.

Mr.Ramy Ahmed Genena (Egyptian)

Executive Director – Commercial (Board Member)
Mr. Ramy has over 10 years experience in commercial activities in various organisations. A Commerce graduate by qualification, he has overseen several teams under a variety of departments and supported companies to maintain a consistent growth. He is proficient with the legalities and complex nature of international commerce. His earlier professional responsibilities include Commercial Director at MC International and General Manager at ATC, Qatar.
